Key Historical Event (1): Axis Surrender N. Africa
Britain, Germany, and Italy engaged in a series of intense battles across the North African desert region. In the Tunisia Campaign, due to strategic deployment failures and resource shortages, the Axis forces were successfully surrounded by the Allies and were forced to surrender when they couldn't break through the encirclement.
Highlights from Sniper Elite 4 and Sniper Elite VRKey Historical Event (2): Italian Campaign
Following the Axis surrender in North Africa depicted in Sniper Elite 3, the Allies pushed into Italy, systematically breaking through German defense fortifications and missile launch facilities. Through masterful guerrilla warfare tactics and superior military strength, they successfully liberated key cities and strategic positions across northern Italy.

Key Historical Event (3): D-Day - The Normandy Landings
After long and meticulous preparation and planning, the Allies chose the Normandy coast of France as their landing site. On D-Day, the Allies deployed nearly 7,000 naval vessels, 11,000 aircraft, and mobilized approximately 150,000 troops. Despite the German "Atlantic Wall" fortifications along the coastline, the landing forces successfully breached the German defenses under powerful Allied fire support.

Key Historical Event (4): Berlin Captured
The Soviet Union mobilized over 2.5 million troops to launch a final assault on Nazi Germany's capital. Despite the Germans constructing multiple defense lines in Berlin and mobilizing all available forces, including youth, the German defenses were breached one by one under the Soviets' overwhelming firepower advantage. With Hitler's suicide in his underground Führerbunker and the German Commander-in-Chief Weidling's signing of the surrender document, this marked the complete collapse of Nazi Germany and the end of the European theater.

Story Introduction of Sniper Elite: Resistance
Just as World War II appeared to be reaching its end, a new German artillery battery unleashed concentrated fire on an Allied aircraft of France, causing a catastrophic crash from losing hydraulics. Allied Forces reveal that the Nazis have acquired a terrifying secret weapon—one that threatens to destroy all hopes of liberating France. Special Operations Executive (SOE) agent Harry Hawker joins the resistance, embarking on critical infiltration missions to uncover the truth behind.
Times go short, and the threat can't be ignored. For victory, for freedom, the situation must be turned around at all costs, by any means necessary…

【Visceral X-Ray Kill Cam and Advanced Gunplay Physics】
The trademark X-ray kill cam returns, showing the true destructive power of every one of your signature shots. Bones deflect bullets to unpredictably rip new paths through enemy bodies and SMGs and pistols also trigger kill cams, showing multiple bullet shots in dramatic slow motion. To land that shot you will need to think like a true sniper. Factor in rifle stock and barrel options along with gravity, wind and heart rate while you zero your sights on the target.

【Tense Online Multiplayer】
When you’ve mastered your rifle, customise your character and loadout as you take the fight online in competitive 16-player battles to earn XP, medals and ribbons. If competition isn’t your style, you can also team up with up to 3 other players against waves of enemies in Survival mode.
