Today, we are excited to introduce the gameplay of "Cats on Duty". Combining gems in the field of resources to collect money into our food bowls and send out catarmy to the lawn to fend off evil enemies, all in a bid to protect their litterboxes! The game is now officially available for pre-order. During the pre-order period, we are offering adorable cat sticky notes as a pre-order bonus gift. Cat lovers, don't miss out on this opportunity!
Setting
Players can freely adjust controller sensitivity, the number of corpses, bloodstain options, volume and game difficulty.
There are two difficulty levels: "Kitten" and "Cat." Players can change the difficulty level at any time during the game. The "Kitten" difficulty offers more resources and slower enemies, making it suitable for casual players. The "Cat" difficulty is the standard level, ideal for players seeking a more challenging experience.
Gameplay
On the left is the field of resources. Move gems up, down, left, or right to align three (or more) gems of the same colour in a row to collect cat food and create a catarmy!
Each move consumes one chance, represented by sausages in the upper right corner of the resource area. In the initial difficulty level, players have 5 chances to move gems. Once depleted, you can gain more moves by defeating enemies or wait after every 30 seconds.
You can move gems even without combinations, but it will still consume one chance. So, think carefully before you act!Successfully combined resources will drop into the cat bowl below, based on the colour and number of gems, becoming your funds(cat food)!
At the bottom right are the catarmy defending the litterboxes! Each cat has its unique attack or defense skill. Click on a cat to send it to the battlefield to fend off the monsters!
The attack wave indicator at the top right corner shows the progress of enemy attacks. It indicates the progress of your defense and when will be the most fierce attack phases.
Each cat consumes resources of the corresponding colour of food, so don't forget to collect resources during the battle while also preventing intruders from entering your litterboxes!
Swap not only gems but cats too. Here are some basic operations:
Combining Cats: Try aligning three of the same type of cat horizontally or vertically to level up that cat!
Moving Cats: Move a cat onto another cat to swap their positions!
Eliminating Cats: Obtain a spray that can drive cats away for a short time. When sprayed, the cats will face dire consequences. Spray it on a cat's head to make it get off the battlefield!
After completing the initial level, you will receive a KKB file box containing a book that records the profiles of your cat companions and enemies. Use it to learn more about the different types of enemies.
